1. Does the DuckDik California translator require Wifi to work?

  • Answer: The DuckDik California offers translation with Wifi for 109 languages and also works offline for 12 languages.

2. Which languages can I use offline with the DuckDik California?

  • Answer: It can translate offline in German, Russian, French, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. Download these languages with Wifi to use them offline.

3. Is the DuckDik California suitable for translating movies or conferences in real-time?

  • Answer: Although the DuckDik California translates quickly, it is not ideal for translating movies or conferences in real-time. It is designed for conversations, not for one-way automatic translation.

4. My DuckDik 3 doesn't work offline, what should I do?

  • Answer: Make sure you have downloaded the languages for offline mode. Once you have downloaded the corresponding languages, disconnect your translator from the Wifi network, and it will automatically switch to offline translation mode. Refer to the manual if you need help.

5. My translator doesn't turn on or charge, what can I do?

  • Response: If it's completely discharged, connect it to a mobile phone charger for several hours. The screen may take some time to display the charging symbol.
