4. Shipping and Deliveries

  • Duckdik is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as logistical issues, customs, or force majeure.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.

To do so:

  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on the part of Duckdik.

Returns of used or personalized products are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.

6. Intellectual Property
