1. Does the DuckDik California translator require Wifi to function?

• Answer: The DuckDik California offers translation with Wifi for 109 languages and also functions offline for 12 languages.

2. What languages can I use offline with the DuckDik California?

• Answer: It can translate offline in German, Russian, French, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch. Download these languages with Wifi to use them offline.

3. Is the DuckDik California suitable for translating movies or real-time conferences?

• Answer: Although the DuckDik California translates quickly, it is not ideal for translating movies or real-time conferences. It is designed for conversations, not for one-way automatic translation.

4. My DuckDik California does not work offline, what should I do?

• Answer: Ensure you have downloaded the languages for offline mode. Once you have downloaded the corresponding languages, disconnect your translator from the Wifi network, and it will automatically switch to offline translation. Consult the manual if you need help.

5. My translator won't turn on or charge, what can I do?

• Answer: If it is completely discharged, connect it to a mobile phone charger for several hours. The screen may take a while to show the charging symbol.
